You have only missed one week. Lots of season 8 still to go. And many people (certainly including me) did terribly with predicting game one so you are not far behind in the picking contest. It is not too late to join the fun. And you can still watch the game one recording from Sullla's page -- it was a very entertaining game with some unexpected twists and turns.

Another entertaining game with plenty of unexpected plot twists. Another interesting finish, an excellent example of the power of superior military tech, and an outstanding example of suicidal AI stupidity. And things had been going so well up to that point....

I was originally surprised Shaka got such a big bid in the fantasy contest but the bidders obviously weren't as much as a coward as me. I went with Capac, but man I can imagine Shaka running over this game.

Shaka is pretty likely to win imo. Weak Willem in the south, and comically good land compared to everyone else. From a fantasy perspective would love to be wrong, though

Fwiw the big bids in this game for fantasy came from a consensus that 1st and 2nd in this game also have EXCELLENT playoffs spots, so those leaders will likely have massive payoff.
