3 94+ Cuir losses wtf is this man
Edit, now make that 4
And through all this, Mjmd gives Ljubljana a loan to finish Mil Trad. Okay Mjmd, if I can't beat Ljub, I'm sending my remaining 40 cuirassier through greenline to pay you a courtesy visit.

We captured Haddock, the last Dreylin city I wanted to take, and the rest is Greenline's. Dreylin has 5 very injured knights and about 5 muskets and 1 cat, this should be the easy for Greenline, except that he didn't bring siege
I offered Dreylin peace
We wiped the small stack Ljub sent in the south, in two turns, cultural expansion in Meleti should cut off the road to Ankyra. This could potentially open up offensive options like a raid on that 15pop border city if his stack is isolated. Either that or he pulls most out of Ankyra removing pressure on Attaleia and Prusa. He has a little galley fleet built up but I have vision on it and am building Caravels to counter.

I mistakenly rejected the peace with dreylin that Tarkeel resent, thinking it was from tarkfrogger oh well I sent it again.
Around Ura in the south I try to bait Ljub into attacking some of my cuirassiers on the hills. If he trades units in the open I can efficiently raze Ura with my stack of Cuirs hidden at Anglerfish. His passivity in the north has allowed me to swing my cavalry south to do this to him. If he doesn’t attack the cuirs I burn the roads and cauterize that salient.
Ideally I can force Ljub to take peace somehow (i want to build AP stuff not more Cuirs) but I don’t see it happening until he feels pressure elsewhere on the map. The question then remains how much economic development could I sneak in? I’d love a bank or two and maybe even some missionaries for Babylonia

remind me to update this report for t179, a couple interesting things to talk about
Okay so first things first, last turn I threw away 5 cuirassiers, idiotic, practically just gave them away to the Zulu preservation fund. Operation Bait was unsuccessful bc A) Ljub has *a lot* in Ura, and B) I cut the road last turn anyways
Now of course, I should've taken a few units with me, but RNGesus saw fit to give Ljub 2 >27% victories and 3 70% wins without loss. He has been really lucky this war.
However here is the good news.
Dude is bankrupt
I know he has two outgoing loans for 120gpt but wow I expected a little more juice. But the math I did with those numbers in the top left of that investigate city screen, he doesn’t have more than ~50gpt surplus so is effectively stuck while I limp to rifles.
Mjmd is now the demo leader with serfdom and Rep, I expect he does something fun with Lib. My gold saving rate is now 280 which is close to its peak value
Now for the bad news
This is all Dreylin has left, and Greenline moved out. This is very frustrating because I’ve crippled and killed all his units and served Greenline this land on a silver platter but he cant take it. I need him to take to remove culture. Also now my paranoia is racing and maybe he views my peace as a betrayal and is going to stab? I don’t know

I mean I’m my defense for peacing out and leaving him “holding the bag”, I’ve left the bag very light, and if I kept attacking, then I would eventually had to take the cities myself

Ljub is dead broke, and is whipping like the world is about to end. I suppose we can expect equal numbers of foriegn Cuirassiers to start streaming in.
Damn, I hate fighting fair. Except it's not really fair, because half our force has 3 promos, and another third have 4 promos. Unless he brings a lot, and I mean, a lot, of pikes, we should win a first strike mano a mano
Or RNG could keep fellating him, idk.
It is very interesting that he decided to go all in like this and trash his economy by leaving serfdom. I'm not sure why he's so desperate, again if he held steady and not launched this war I fully believe he could've beaten me to rifles and had a better economy. I guess my 3 turns to Replaceable Parts has him scrambling now, but it didn't have to be this way.
Only way I see this going well for Ljub is if Greenline flips and miraculously discovers the whip button.
There is another way for Ljub to profit out of his all-in Cuirassier gambit, which would be to peace me and go make gains against a very distracted Naufragar. Although that inevitably means giving up Ankyra in 10 turns when the peace runs out.

Well that worked
For the first time in 19 turns the Ottomans are now at peace. We squeeze in RP at the end of this turn.
Feels nice to swap off units builds and onto Banks, missionaries, AP, and wealth
