Industrialization time. Gavagai is using his tanks and marines not at all, just massive numbers of infantry, but he's loading up the battleships on our coastal front.
...at least he's sustaining a few losses here...
...and there.
Gotta love that infrastructure haul.
I'm going to keep pushing as best I can, but the next islands are bigger and harder to kill. Pinch marines and landed tanks will be what brings us the next wave.
Going to fire the golden age as soon as Democracy comes in, revolt to UoS/Caste. Then it's nothing else golden until everyone throws in the towel for Gav's win. I considered Fission next, but I CAN'T BUILD NUKES BECAUSE SOMEONE SCREWED ME OUT OF URANIUM.

Pin doesn't show it despite having Physics.

English battleships broke this siege. Sad but unsurprising.
I still hate War Weariness as a mechanic but of all the civilizations to be, Maya is the one when it's unhappiness time:
Universal Suffrage and Caste System next turn, which will be a huge MFG bump, but there will be a few sad locations.
Not a lot of tactical interest after Gavagai sunk my mostly-empty forward fleet. He's poking me with these penny-packets, but airships allow me to get odds even on the battleship.

I'm grumpy about Mig playing 24 hours after Gav, giving Pin and I both 6 hours to pack in. Still, the Picadilly Front is the one that really matters:
Launched a golden age went from...
...to mild improvement.
Means I can grow again, at least.

I know I'm just serving time but Miguelito is taking forever and a day to play now even after Gav's slower turns. When Pindicator gets back probably should have a lurker ask about ending this.
I'm missing things now because I'm so far in between turns:
Both cities done.

I'm not giving this game my proper attention because it's felt foregone for quite some time, but Gavagai is getting nukes and I cannot thanks to the lack of uranium. Could a lurker ask Pindicator and Mig explicitly if they think they still have a chance? Otherwise we're wasting time here.

Bumping. It can be "so what do you rate everybody's chances?"
Turn pace is beyond intolerable, been in the toilet for so very long.
