I've made a new Sim based in building Boat first and research Mine-Bw-AH, and including slavery
Sim 3:
Mine (t8)-BW(t21)-AH(t33)-Wheel(t38)
boat(9)-worker(16)-warrior(20)- go pop 4-settler(27+chop+2whip)-warrior(31) go pop3-settler(36+1whip)-worker(41)
Making the boat first we gain 1 turn in BW, and 2 turns in boat+worker.
Also I think AH must be up fast to reveal horses.
What to research first, AH or Mining/BW?
What to produce first, Work Boat or Worker?
AH and Worker first makes the Worker do nothing but build no-resource Grassland Farms for 10 turns.
AH and Work Boat still makes the Worker just build no-resource Grassland Farms for a few turns.
I suspect Mining/BW and Work Boat first will be best, but I am not sure yet.
By the way, I think this capital has enough food that settling a second city to share some of the food could be a good idea.
If you have the time, I recommend generating some Tiny Tectonics 30% water maps and looking at them in Worldbuilder to get an idea of what our map will be like.

The plan for the Scout is good.
That Pig across the water is a base 4-yield tile, like our Banana! But we will have to chop the Forest to build a Pasture later. I wonder if that is on a different island?
About EOT, there is no good reason to use it. It is just my habit. I can be consistent about using the turn when the unit or building or tech is done instead of EOT.
EDIT: Oh, and we already see a luxury resource. Good.

The land on the South continues downward in the west. And with the clams, it is a good spot with food and hammers. Sailing will be an early Tech on the list.
The working tile until T8 will be the banana (3F1H), in T8 up to Pop2 and then add tile 3H to make the boat in T9. Then banana (3F1H) and Fish (5F0H2C) yields Worker in T16.
Scout: go to hill SE or to plains E-SE? Might be more land revealed from the hill? and in either case going afterwards to the bananas in the North?

I agree with working the 3H tile on Turn 8. That is what I did in my simulation too.
Scout: go E-SE to the Floodplains. It will reveal as much or more than the Plains Hill. Then Bananas, yes.
The Bananas is an interesting tile. It is unnatural, so Greenline must have placed it. We can build a Mine on it for 2/3 tile until Calendar, then build a Planation for a 5/1 tile.

Ah, I did not think about names for cities neither the scout. I'd like to know names of towns in Alaska, so you can name them.

Barbarians Animals will spawn on Turn 5. We do not have Hunting, so our Scout is weak against the animals and could easily die. We need to find the best spot for our second city before our Scout dies. Out of caution, I say the Scout should go north to the Banana next.

Our capital should be named "Unalaska." It is a silly name that one of our towns has, and the town is also known as "Dutch Harbor," so it is connected with our default civ too. Unalaska is located across two islands at the eastern end of the Aleutian Islands. It was important in World War II and was bombed by the Japanese.
