This is the screenshot I took for the KTB Tracking sheet on Turn 5. All numbers are still 0, of course.
Unalaska is the greatest city in the world! Probably the first time anyone ever said that.
Dangit, did Unalaska accidentally work a Citizen specialist instead of the Forested Banana for a turn? It should have 3 more food on this turn. This might not be too bad, though. It does not delay the Work Boat or Mining.
Also, I figured out our capital's "latitude" this turn. That is what the signs are about. Delete them if you want. Unalaska is 10 tiles south of the northern edge of the map and 23 tiles north of the southern edge of the map. The Tiny map is 32 tiles tall.
I can tell by the placement of the three types of trees around us. On a Tiny Cylindrical map, all natural trees within 6 tiles of the northern edge of the map will be snowy trees. Then all natural trees 7 to 11 tiles away from the northern edge of the map will be those darker trees with no snow.
Unalaska is 4 tiles south of the southernmost snowy trees, so it is 10 tiles south of the northern edge of the map. Therefore 23 tiles north of the southern edge of the map.

Scout goes NE-N or NW hill? I think from the hill we can reveal lot of land to the West before going East
All the players, but Miro-China and Ours, have increased points +6. That mean they've built the boat?
1st great mistake: in T3 I misclicked the citizen and no tile was worked. You can see in the T3 image. I suspect that in T4 cause I saw it and I doubted if the misclick was in T3 o T4. I counted the hammers and there were right so I thought it was in T4 and I followed on. But I did not count that we missed 3F. The consequence is that we have lost 1 Turn in everything. In growing Pop, in building the boat, and the worker. I feel angry about it.
I've checked you Spreadsheet. Very good to follow the enemies. I have no idea how to obtain that information, but I'm looking forward to learn it.
Also, from the latitud location, we can conclude that no opponents are in North of us, right?

But it is a close call between the two choices.

That is a setback, but don't be too angry about it. ![alright alright](https://www.realmsbeyond.net/forums/images/smilies/alright.gif) . We can recover. Since we will work the improved Fish tile soon anyway, it might not be too bad. And I remember from my simulation that growth is too fast for our Worker to keep up with anyway.

Yes, since Mjmd specified that starting capitals have to be 13 or so tiles apart at least, there cannot be any opponents in the area north of us. That area is our safe backlines.

Not the planned movement, because we saw a surprise...
Anyways, we found Marble which I like a lot for early Wonders.
Scout goes NE-SE? so we keep away from Yogui which is N-NE of rice

If our Scout ends his movement on a tile next to Yogui the Bear, then our Scout will probably die and we will get no more use out of him. So be careful and move slowly if you need to. Watch where the Bear moves, or think where he could be if we cannot see him.
Are you getting west and east backwards? I think that our Scout should go to the left to explore the land north of our capital. Overall a semicircle around the capital. But it is okay to go slow and detour to keep safe.
I feel fear for our poor Scout.

We continue with the company of Yogui.
I guess it should go NE, so I could do NW-SW. But, could it go W? In this case my move would finished by it. Might be should I go SW to the forest and in the next turn going 1 N and see if he is still there.
The other players increased a lot their points so I think they grow up 1Pop and finished some techs. (that's what we should have done in this turn without my fault).

Remember that Barbarian Animals cannot stand still. They always move if they can.
And they cannot move to a resource tile unless there is a unit on that tile to attack.
And they cannot move to a tile with another Barbarian Animals.
With a Bear near our Scout, every turn is like a puzzle. If the Bear moves to a tile we can see, it is relatively simple to choose where to move the Scout. If the Bear moves to a tile we cannot see, think about where it could be based on where it was last turn, and where we know it is not because we can see those tiles are empty.
In this case, it would be good to check for food by the Silver if we can. If the Bear moves 1S, move 1NW then 1NE.
If the Bear moves 1E, then move 1 SW to the Forest to be safe.
If the Bear moves into the fog, then I don't know. You could try moving 1NW, seeing if the Bear is there, then going 1NE if it is safe.
And don't be afraid to stop moving for a turn even if the Scout has movement points left. Better to waste a movement point and be safe than to keep moving into likely danger.

About the rival score increases:
It seems that ricketyclik, Miro, and Xist all grew 1 population, and Miro discovered a technology too.
If you want to learn more from this, then take screenshots of the Demographic screen and the Top 5 Cities/Wonder screen every turn.

When avoiding animals, I find it quite useful to mark their last known location with a sign (ALT+S).

In T10 the bear is not seen, so it went N, W or S. So I move W and if
- it's N I go SW
- it's S I go NW
- unseen I go S
I move SW and if
- it's W I go SE (Rice)
- unseen I stay
Moving W has more options. ?
Here are the Demo and top5cities screen
From the Demo, someone has not grow Pop yet. Probably they are making a Worker and could be Miro that has no Fishing. He is likely researching BW already. (I put it on the RivalsExcel)
Magic, I've checking the RivalsExcel. I added a new Sheet to follow and try to guess the techs they are res. I don't understand very well how do you want to fill up the KTB sheet. You'll show me when we meet players.
In turn 9 I worked a 3H tile, to get this 3H for the worker who will be on queue from T10
