Rather quiet, quick turns as I mostly finish infrastructure.
With Prasats culture should explode.

So, stuff is happening.
Religion is done which means +100% holy site bonus. Which is kinda nice. 8f/8faith at the capital and 6f/6faith.
Also whilst all my cities have a clear plan, my capital unfortunately was used for a builder and an archer and will have to pause the commercial district. Why? Because the Prasat is insane. It will net 10! culture and 6 faith. It could be that the Collosseum is not necessary, but its denial ensures that basically I will end up with 100 culture. We will see if I manage that.
I thought scouting with missionaries was a good idea, but I am actually blocked. That encampment is.... interesting. I find it funny how the military side of things really does not play in the mind of the others. Long definetly does not need to defend its southern coast.
And it seems Krill plans to really defend that forest, which I wanted to block by moving the city east. Ah well, if he does we should think about a conquest. Which I should do anyway, longterm.

Next turn I will prebuild 2 builders in MH and VP. I want to continue the prasat and the Holy Districts. So i need a trader from somewhere. Money is needed for upgrades, so not sure who bites the bullet. Maybe MH before it goes entertainment district?
The question really is do I really need the Collosseum?

Apprenticeship is done and with Feudalism 4 turns away, I start 2 builders which finish in 5 turns. I switch into Autocracy 1 turn before that for +2 builder charge and +15% and +10% wonder build speed.
I save my money up for a man at arms upgrade and I need to chop out a ram in the south before my workers descend on the Collosseum.
Current plan is to establish Etemenaki as well in the capital for science and production.

Looking good! Once you build your temples, I think you will pull away culturally from Rome and IMO culture trumps science in this game. What government are you currently in and did you build the 1st government plaza building? If not and in Oligarchy, and thoughts on building it before switching out for the legacy card (+4 CS)? Since reading your thread, I played a game as Khmer and you really need luxuries once aqueducts come online and your cities get huge, so Colosseum would definitely help out.

Rome has a power spike to 400 and since 2-3 turns ago is at war. I can only hope that he fails. Comprehensive Summary going up now.

So, general plan and info on turn 91.
This turn is huge.
First of all, Feudalism is in. It times perfectly with my 2 builders from DP and VP.
Secondly I snatch Hypatia, which I personally like, even though she is more a longterm boost.
Thirdly, in 10 turns we enter a golden age, which means 3 more settlers and all the workers we would ever want.
And last but not least, my current gold reserves would enable 2 man at arms right now or if I could time it with Mercenaries (3 man at arms and crossbowmen). I have to build 2 more cheap units for that. Krill´s miliary power is on the rise a bit, probably to counter someone else for now. Rome is at 400 and at war with somebody. I am currently blind as Krill totally blocks me from the Rest of the World. Only Rome has found me with a ship.
As I am growing like weed I also show you project turtle. All planned city sites are defensible and all harbor cities only have 1 tile where they can be attacked from. I am not planning to go on to the attack if I can avoid it.
+100% defensive builds will help project turtle and boost Engineering for Aqueducts who I need to really explode popwise.

Turn 91 city summary
Don´t Panic (DP)
In 3 turns culture will snatch the horses tile, which means we finally have horses. Apart from that you see my disfocused shiny new thing build issue. After the builder we will do Prasat. I had to do a builder and an archer in my capital so my other cities could concentrate more on the essentials
Mostly Harmless (MH)
Mostly Harmless prepares for the Collosseum. The Entertainment Complex will be nearly handbuilt. Everything else will be chopped.
Vogon Poetry (VP)
Vogon Poetry shows what is my main issue. Not unimproved tiles for my pops. Actual tiles.
I have a nearly finished shrine, but VP will have to build 2 more land units for my mercenaries inspiration.
Babelfish (BF)
Babelfish has finally, finally finished its Holy District exploding the growth situation. It has the holy district not on a river, but this is mainly a frontier city, or if I am lucky a Petra one. We will see. As soon as I got another pop in 2 turns, I will also foregone 1 production for 2 science with the Reef.
Infinity Improbability Drive (ID)
ID which I will only shorten from now on is slowly creeping towards a holy district. I can not afford the distraction to make it go quicker, which is a shame. That city will be great in the long run.
I will invest one turn of culture into recorded history as I want to boost both builders and then switch to agoge to churn two cheap archers our if possible.

Sorry for the spotty reporting in some turns, as I do not do war, there are are sometimes 1-2 turns where nothing really happens.

I need not have worried. Both builders complete. 6 builder charges south and 5 north. Both descend on a treeline I have yet to buy with my money. I am investing an awful lot, but the position of the wonder is too sweet to pass up, really.
As I will wait for men at arms till I have mercs (about 8 turns) I can handbuild the ram after the shrine south. Then I should be able to descend on Preslav. If China does not agree on another DoF, maybe I will go south and annoy him.
