[PB78] Underdogs and undercats: The Mrrshan warlords visit the world of Civ IV

Interest rates can vary, but it would be extremely unsporting for the side paying gpt to declare war to stop paying, to the point that I would not consider it a material risk.

Interest is mostly between 10-20%.

War declaration to cancel a trade is uncommon, but not forbidden.
It's even explicit expected, if you have more payments than income.

If you expect SD to remain solvent for the next 10 turn - so nearly everything besides losing a war - you should be get your money back.

Thanks. I gave him the loan as it's also important to help each other against Magic.

I should be able to sub for about a month, but after that I think another game would be too much.

Lost graphs on SD without him putting more points but there is the 105% vs 94% and he still has graphs on me. What is this and how does it work?

Complicated topic- take a look here

In short: SD produced more points overall and gets so a cost reduction (and you more costs).

Turn 112

Had a small skirmish with Magic that was supposed to be an easy win but the sword lost a 88.8% so it ended up not as cost effective as I was hoping.

I've also been making lots of trivial mistakes due to quick playing and not paying proper attention. Starved a city, forgot to select build a couple of times losing the production, didn't plan the second work boat for the new barb city and had to whip while sufficient hammers were sitting stale... frown

Turn 113

No screenshots since there wasn't time before the turn ended, but Magic decided to cut his losses and left the city undefended for razing. I was hoping to get capture gold like with the barb cities but it was only 9 even though he had several hundred.

Going to have a little more time this weekend and will do an overview of everything. If you have any questions now is a good time.

Not sure what city you are fighting over, but capture gold is a function of the how long the player has owned the city, and its population size, plus some random bits. So you usually don't get too much for new cities. Those barb cities were probably prime candidates to get a decent haul.

Thanks. It was only 6 turns old and pop 1 so it makes sense.
