New / Returning Players PB Game

I didn't even show you having logged in when I looked for the reload; I still don't. I don't see the reload having gone through even though I swear I did? It must have already been offline when I tried?

You can't just skip players this late in the game unless they are tiny anyways. Trust me I've wanted to on many occasions. I'll leave the issue spoiled to lurker decision if it ends up different.

"if coldrain needed no reload".
I did ask coldrain if he played. I have no problems with a reload if coldrain didn't play.
But I have issues with an unnecessary reload, when that means a disadvantage for me.
Especially if the deadlurker of my direct rival reloaded the save.
I don't want to accuse you of foul play, I don't think you can know that someone knew the end of the coinflip, but still...

I did write Zulan, that the game is offline.

This is what I saw / am still seeing.

I don't even see you having logged in or Miro T208. I did see that Coldrain didn't finish his turn and didn't log in at all.

Yes, PBSoy is longer offline than the game itself.
I did log in briefly ~8h ago (this was still the old turn ?!) and then I wanted to take another look ~3,5 ago, where I saw the new turn.
After the look towards PBSpy and the post here.

This is different from what I see now (and today)...

I had a unexpected change in work schedule on a short notice today (Monday), so I played my turn at an unusual time (around 14:00 local time, usually I play at 20:00-22:00). I was last to play and turn rolled. I didn't play another turn back to back, in order to have more time to think about some in-game planning. Now I returned from work, and looking at PBSpy I'm confused when (if any) reload was done and why it says I didn't finish my turn.

Did I somehow mess things up by playing ~6-7 hours earlier than usual? Should I wait now before logging in?

EDIT: To clarify, I played my previous turn about 10 hours ago compared to when this message was sent.

EDIT2: Or maybe I played my turn, but the turn actually didn't roll (messed up pressing enter or something)? I did play in a bit of a hurry because of the unexpected work schedule change.

@Gira: I think the only difference is between timestamps.
Mjmd is 17h before you.

@coldrain: Yes, your action created a bit of confusion, but it's not your fault.
PBSpy is sometimes a bit unclear about a correct ended turn and a missed turn.
Add the fact, that PBSpy has sometimes trouble to log short logins and I saw it a missed turn outside of your usual window without a login from you.

So I did ask here if you missed the turn - I didn't think so, because the turn ended before I expected the timer to run out.

Mjmd then jumped the gun (sorry) and reloaded. - I do fault him for that.

In the end me the game server is offline at the moment. Maybe a result from the reload, maybe something independent of that.

For the future, maybe remain longer than 30s in game ? I think the refresh rate of PBSPy is 30s. Still, I think the fault lies on the PBSpy side.
Still, early playing is good.

Edit: To your edits: I do think you ended your turn. I think, the timer for T207 should run out in ~6h ?

Anyway, when you played your turn, I can ask Zulan to load my latest login save from T208 ?

Ah, I didn't know about the refresh rate of PBSpy. Good to know.

So how do we continue now? Is any reload needed?

The game is offline at the moment. Zulan needs to restart the game.
And the question is, which save we can use to reload.

I will lobby for the latest save, because I know the result of a random action and this is the desirable result for me.

Oh noooo!

I agree with using that save, then. It'd use the original roll and it'd feel cheap on both our ends if the roll changed from the reload.

I'm gonna wait to hear someone else give a thumbs up on when it's OK to login. Is the turn timer affected by reloading that save?
