I made changes based on your suggestions and new regular unit stats.
Making high speed fliers would make city defense problematic. You will station a group of fast fliers off shore and can attack a number of cities in 1 turn. Even outside of the detection range of oracle. Also we still need some speed 1 units, at least one per spell color. Life is still without one. I am against factoring in current AI into unit design. I post new table so we can keep track of past for a while.

Floating island is available to any school of magic nullifying the only advantage of lizardmen - the ability to swim. Their main advantages - the ability to quickly settle in areas inaccessible to others or by virtue of a quick opportunity to build a high-level units to destroy an enemy wizard before he can develop on his small territory. Good point. My idea would be to make floating island 100mana to cast with 8mana upkeep with 1 movement point and strengthen lizardmen and make them cheaper.
