Aight, before we start, here's how I'll play this:

- No sandboxing
- No stressing over trying to win
- To get to Cataphracts, I will have to play normal civ for quite a while. It's not something I can rush, even more so with high tech costs.
- If I get to Cataphracts, I will go all out conquest at that point.
- Since most people are playing, I will only report tidbits that my neighbors might find interesting after the game.

In retrospect, settling in place was stupid. I blame whoever made that one big game map where we started in 2-man islands with copper under our SIP and I moved and got fucked.

The map looks like an island map with no wide borders towards neighbors. The idea of rampaging the world with cataphracts is dead.
I also lost the race to Hinduism. My outlook on this game is as grim as my naming theme.

Something interesting happened this turn!



My neighbor left an unguarded worker, which I normally would not capture.
However. He is also trying to settle over the freaking jungle to steal tiles from me. I can't let that fly. I killed the worker.



Overall I'm doing poorly and I'm low in motivation.
