Statistical theory gives us the advice this mathematical rule not selecting the first leader/civ in this type of problem. But I will ignore this in the case of leaders and will select Cyrus  Please re-roll the dice for the Civ.
Here is the starting screenshot. Let me know when you've decided whether to lock in either the civ or leader or what you'd like to reroll. Confirm in the next two days please. I will be rerolling for everyone that rejects either civ or leader or both once I have all confirmations for this round of selections.

Is it still possible to change my mind and take the Arabic civ? Atm the dice is not rerolled.
I think now my reference on the secretary problem does not match and changing the civ probably worsen the result. I totally forgot that the pool of leaders is biased by the selection of the other leaders. To fix this error with the default Worldbuilder you can select the river placing tool. Remove the two last plots nearby the destination by clicking on the right mouse button. Then hold the left button and move the mouse from (river) source to destination. If this action creates more river edges as expected remove the extra rivers by clicking on the adjacent plot of the river edge(‽). |
