As the title says, i also didnt look very deep into old posts as im curious what people now think are pretty decent anime to watch. I, will only watch Dubbed... but other than that if you have an anime that you think others might enjoy, post below!
Assassination Classroom.
Overlord.
The Familiar of Zero.
to name a few

Is this meant for new animes or are we free to post some older ones and classics too?

Dubbed?! Subs or nothing, you fucking scrub.
But for real, if you insist on only watching dubs like some kind of degenerate, the 2002 Ghost in the Shell: Standalone Complex is excellent, albeit with a handful of mediocre episodes which were written by people who were Very Upset with the Bush administration and really wanted you to know it.

New/old preferably newer-ish ones so anything 2010+ but can post any.
I SRRY BOB. Hearing high-pitched girl voices for male characters in so many anime and having to read to understand wtf they are saying doesnt sit well with me lol

I think the high pitched girl thing might also be due to cultural difference. Correct me if I'm wrong, but if you talk to your superior in Japan, you usually use a higher voice and when you are the superior you talk down with a lower voice.
I also found some dubs with the higher voice. For example I remember that Final Fantasy XIII's japanese version has the lower (and better) male voices

I mainly got annoyed at Goku's sub voice from Dragon ball Z. Between not wanting to hear that kind of "lol no thats not even close to the right Goku voice" and not wanting to have to read subtitles.... yeah, prefer dub.
If it helps, i have Funimation and HiDive for streaming services. Favorite genre is isekai (the in another world genre)

Here are some anime that adults can enjoy and which are easy to get into. I picked scenes with minimal spoilers for the videos.
Attack on Titan. Not just a mindless action show, it is a masterpiece in coherent consistent storytelling and worldbuilding. Don't look up anything, questions will be answered.

Kaiji. Psychological anime about gambling, human nature, and money.

Parasyte. Action thriller about parasites that take over the human brain and pretend to be humans.

Go watch Vinland Saga and enjoy the tales of a World of Warcraft Combat Rogue dual-dagger his way through an army of Fury Warriors while the political intrigue and conquest of England carried out by real life king Swein Forkbeard (950/960-1014) takes place as a robust, detailed background. Hits very well with adults, young adults, and people who don't like anime but make an exception for the every-once-in-a-while show that hits their Western sensibilities and avoids common otaku tropes.
In that same vein, watch Golden Kamuy, which is a very positive, strong representation of the Ainu people and pits loads of characters in a backstabbing Where Eagles Dare / The Good, The Bad, The Ugly race for hidden riches in the immediate aftermath of the Russo-Japanese War in 1904-1905.
These shows not only hit on interesting historical periods, but they're also just really fun to watch.

Fullmetal Alchemist. Edit: there are two versions. The original anime was made while the source material was still being written, and diverges from it about halfway through. The later version, called Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, follows the source material all the way through. I prefer the second one, although it kind of assumes you are familiar with the first one and starts very much in media res.

Some other Animes I'd recommend, albeit I've only seen the subbed versions:
* Moribito: Guardian of the Spirit; similar to Avatar: The Last Airbender, a little less cartoonish.
* Mushishi: Chill series about a wandering detective who resolves problems caused by minor Japanese spirits.
* JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Multigenerational action/comedy adventure saga with outstanding production values. Very funny, originator of many memes.
* Psycho Pass: Excellent cyberpunky science fiction dystopian cop drama, with a unique setting which, to the best of my knowledge, is not based on any prior source material. Does a good job subverting audience expectations without being obnoxious about it. Unfortunately is currently a victim of having its three seasons and one (two?) movies split across several streaming services.
* Hokuto no Ken: Should be mandatory viewing for SD; combination of Mad Max and every kung-fu movie ever made.
* One Punch Man: I only saw the first season, but it worked as a JoJo-esque action comedy series which mocked several tropes common to its genre.
Edit: I recommend trying to track down most of these shows on Crunchyroll first, use an Ad Blocker for a carefree experience.
