Due to personal reasons I will no longer be able to play any more civ4-games. Therefore I need someone to replace me in PB58. My position is middle of the pack, I'm in war with another player. I had hoped to end this war before I need someone to take over but I can no longer put my personal health and well-being behind the game.
The position I'm in is definitely winnable and certainly enjoyable, though the game is far from a foregone conclusion and in fact there are many possible avenues to take. The other players are Jowy, SD, Ruff, AT and Tarkeel.
If anyone want to take over so that game does not have to die, please let me know via PM or in my thread. I'll send the password and give an overview of important points and what the current goals have been (though there is no need to follow them at all of course).

FWIW it's been a very enjoyable game so far, and the map is definitely one of the better I've seen, so I hope someone is interested in joining us.

Very sorry to hear about this Serdoa. I wish you the best of luck with everything going forward.
For anyone considering stepping in - I follow everyone else in saying that your position is not only winnable, but also very interesting. And on a fantastic map.

Sorry that this is happening to you Serdoa. Take care of yourself and I hope you can till duck in from time to time to say hi and/or comment on some games.

Well, since no-one else seems able to take over, I can step in. I am moving pretty soon, but it's not a very big move, so I still should be able to play the turn most days. If you want to hold out for someone more able to play regularly, no worries.
I may have peeked into some threads in PB58 a while ago, but I really can't remember anything about the game.
