Some information for GoGoGadgets

After posting a query at the Lurker Lounge, I was pointed to these two websites.

This Affix List is, apparently, accurate about what sorts of charged skills can occur on different items, but is incomplete about what levels and numbers of charges the items can get.


This Affix Calculator will list for any input item what sorts of affixes can occur on it, including spell charges, but is inaccurate about what spell level the charges can get.

So, it looks like Ice Bolt is possible. Now to find it.......

Now that we have found many IceBolt charges I can conclude that lvl9 Frozen Orb from Sureshrill Frost, with boosted output by IceBolt, is only good for NM. 130ish dmg just isn't going to cut it in hell without going all out in equiping for cold damage, and a bank account like Bill Gates. He will have to rely on his lowly 200ish BoneSpear dmg for FIs. I think Frozen Orb would actually do more damage at 130 since its an AoE skill but it also cost a lot more, iirc. His equipment leaves liitle room for improvement and lvlup does nothing more for him anymore, tho it will benefit his merc.

Ultimately, GGG would have to depend on his Fire skills for the majority of his journey thru hell. He is well equipped for that, as well as any non-sorc or Fire druid can be. I am quite confident he can manage hell without being tedious as you can see he is advancing at a reasonable pace, by scum standards - Not bad for a baba in hell with 150 stat points saved and all skill points unused :P

Things GGG is still looking for:
DV ring (pernmenent equipment) - has lvl 5 already, looking for better mods. more resists, mana would be nice (talk about being mana hungry!
Firebolt ring (pernmenent equipment) - same as above
Confusion ring - has lvl 2. Will use a higher lvl one in place of DV.
Bone Spear weapons - lvl 5 (correction, CH just got a lvl 6 kris, tho plain) this gave me hope for higher lvl Spear
Bone Spirit hat, ring -
Got a lvl 1 BS amy but not worthy to replace Rising Sun Amulet.
Have lvl 2 BS weapon but gives less boost to Spear than lvl 10 Teeth.
BoneSpear and Teeth weapon with better mods would be nice.
BSpirit Hat would have to be high enough lvl to replace a +2 hat. Also, he will most likely be putting on Ormus robe at 75 so he would need to wear the Trang hat.
