Err... interesting stuff there. Not entirely sure what you were trying to show , but it's hardcoded into the game that the AIs won't attack if you have Friendly relations. Zero percent chance. In the photo from that Epic Five report, Alex was Pleased when declaring war, even if he hadn't been a little earlier.

I'm going to need to see MUCH more definite evidence before changing my mind!
