This is actually the first time I've ever played Always War all the way through in either Civ3 or Civ4, and I enjoyed it, although I'm sure my end date is nothing stellar. I also sincerely hope you enjoy my report:

your first game of AW? You really never played AW in Civ 3?!? eek Shame on you! lol You missed something. smile

Great report! I love that screenshot with your huge attack stack standing before Tokyo, defended only by one archer and one spear. Hey, at least that archer had City Garrison I! lol I had faced the same situation several times; I really overestimated the Noble AI's strength as well.

Great to see the Panzer in action, too! hammer Blitzkrieg indeed.

If you don't mind, could you resize or crop your screenshots a bit for your next report? They don't fit in my browser window, and having to scroll horizontally every time is a bit annoying. wink

Ack! Sorry about that. As you can see I have cropped my screeenshots, but it looks like I need to crop even more. I usually write my reports on a laptop that has a very large screen so I misjudge how the shots will look to others.
