I think I got everything. It's a big list. I added links to the bosses that drop them. Some of them look pretty tricky to get to, so we'll have to see about those.
---
If you don't know by now, this weekend (10/13-10/15) all Canthan boss monsters are going to be 3x as likely to drop a green item when killed, so now is the time to go after any greens you want. Some of us who don't really have anything they need to do in the game anymore (hint: me) have found ways to solo farm quite a few bosses (thanks to the farming section on the Guru forums). So here is your opportunity to post your wish list, and if I can manage it I'll try to get one for you. There are a few out there that are going to require an actual team so if there are other people out there who don't have anything else to do, we can team up to go after the elusive ones.
You can check the list of greens on Wiki, the list of all Canthan greens is here. Just remember that the ones located in Divine Path aren't dropped from monsters but are the end-game ones you get with an Amulet of the Mists. Also, the Kanaxai and Urgoz weaopns won't be affected by this weekend since they always drop anyways.
The list of greens I'd like to go for (and use for myself):
W - Wing's Axe* (done)
W - Vera (not because of the stats, but because I like Firefly)
W - Rajazan's Fervor*
W - Kaolin Blade (not a high priority, but I like the look)
R - Swiftscale's Shortbow** (done)
Mo - Stormray**
Mo - The Scar Eater (done)
Mo - Jayne's Staff (done)
Mo - Stoneweaver**
Rt - Spirit Garden's Repose
Rt - Ritual Lord's Staff* (done)
Rt - The Pain Eater
E - Kunvie's Air Staff
E - Arbor's Earth Staff
E - Kaolin Water Staff
Edit: added a couple E staves in anticipation of Nightfall. Also added another sword.
* - These are possible to solo farm
** - These might be possible to solo farm, I'll have to check it out though.
The others are going to need at least one other person to help out with getting them. I also saw a few others on the list I know I'll probably go for to get for other people.
Well, that's my wishlist for the weekend, feel free to post yours.

A - Chkkr's Pincers, Darkroot's Daggers, Everthorn's Chakrams
Rt - Ssyn's Staff, Spiritgarden's Repose, Ritual Lord's Staff - Thank you Wyrm!
The bold ones are the ones I would like to obtain.
Red = got it.
As for solo farming, there's an A/E build I saw used to farm in areas with big mobs and at least one boss. Its a bit tricky to use because it uses Shadow Form and Sliver Armor. I haven't tried it yet. But supposedly it can be used to farm the Kaolin Green Items, Sunreach's Shield, and The Scar Eater. I think it can be used to farm quite a bit actually from the video footage I saw.
For farming Vera and Jayne's Staff, there's another tricky build I saw involving a W/Me, but you have to be really careful how you aggro stuff. I also saw another post involving a duo farm with a Rit and Ranger.
If I find the builds for them, I'll post it. Not sure if any changes to the game have been made that makes them obsolete though.

Original creator of this build is Desires (on GWOnline.net)
A/E
Attributes:
Earth - 12
Shadow Arts - 12+3+1
The rest will go into water or air depending on the mobs and/or boss you're targeting.
Skills:
- Shadow Form (E)
- Glyph of Elemental Power
- Sliver Armor
- Varies
- Varies
- Varies
- Dark Escape
- Dash
The 3 skills (4-6) vary depending on what you're facing.
Versus Casters: Bring Shadow Arts down to 15 to get air up to 4. Take Shock and Gale to knock down the boss, especially if its a Monk boss.
Versus Warriors: Put extra pts into Water and take Rust. Then the other skill can be another attack spell or Shadow Refuge.
This is a tricky build because of trying to get Sliver Armor to target the boss which has to go down first otherwise you're dead because Shadow Form won't recharge in time to protect you. Basically though, it seems that its a "proximity" spell. So it chooses whichever enemy is closest to you. So stick tight to the boss. I've seen her mainly using Kepkhet's Refuge, probably for the 20% enchant and extra energy. I was thinking maybe using Rajazan's Fervor (or any other 20% enchant +5e one-hand melee weapon) and an earth off hand focus item. This way when you choose to attack the boss, you'll be at melee and you get the same benefits as Kepkhet's Refuge.
An alternative build I've seen her use for Reefclaw and the assasin boss in Melandru's Hope is:
A/W
I don't know what her attribute distribution is. She seems to be using zealous daggers.
Skills:
- Critical Eye
- Way of Perfection
- Critical Defenses
- Flashing Blades (E)
- Wild Blow
- Golden Phoenix Strike
- Blinding Powder
- Crtical Strike

Have to find the stuff for farming Jayne Forestlight. I know its W/Me with spirit shackles. But I never got around to trying it because I kept using all my skill pts for cap sigs and never got around to purchasing spirit shackles.

Let me see....
I could use 2 or 3 Rajazan's Fervor or Totem Axes. I guess the axes are probably better for most purposes, but maybe harder to get. My monk could use a Scar Eater and a Stoneweaver. My ranger could use a Swiftscale Shortbow.
Otherwise, I'm not inclined to be fussy.

Kammy like!
Thanks Seijin

All sound good to me.
Could also go for:
® Nundak's Recurve Bow
® Ryver's Shortbow
and i wouldn't be apposed to getting some of the ele and monk staves you guys have listed. Not sure I'll have much time this weekend though and solo farming really isn't my thing.
Good luck to all in getting as many as possible though!

Totem axes are a Prophecies drop, this weekend is for Canthan bosses only. As for getting multiple Rajazan's... well, that all depends on how easy the farm is and how many we can get. All 4 of us who have posted wishlists so far have one on our lists, and considering the lengths of said lists, I don't think you should count on getting multiples. Just leave it in your storage or something when a character isn't using it.
Quote:Otherwise, I'm not inclined to be fussy.
*Shrug* Just go ahead and list whatever you want. It's a wishlist after all. Chances are we'll need some different bosses to farm in between huting down Jayne, Wing, and Rajazan to death. I don't expect anyone will get everything on their lists but it never hurts to ask.
Hureg Wrote:Not sure I'll have much time this weekend though and solo farming really isn't my thing. That's what the lists are for, like I said in the first post. Seijin and I (and possibly Xyn if he's around and wants to) can probably get quite a few of them. I've been looking through wiki on boss locations and a lot of them are right outside towns, the only problem is some are surrounded by enough enemies (and monks) that solo farming is impractical. With multiple people after the same thing we'll probably be able to rip through them in no time.
Quote:and i wouldn't be apposed to getting some of the ele and monk staves you guys have listed.
Well, list the ones you want and we'll see what we can do.
So far, there are a few that everyone's posted that I think are going to be exceptionally easy to get. Wing's Axe in particular. I can already get to and kill Wing in about 10 minutes or so using a touch ranger (yeah yeah yeah, I know, they're cheese, but I don't use it for anything but boss slaying), but it's somewhat tricky since you need to stop his heal sig with distracting shot and it's not always easy to know when it's coming. With another person around (especially if it's someone with Rust) we'll probably be able to take him down in less than 5 minutes each run.
Seijin Wrote:A/E

Earth - 12
Shadow Arts - 12+3+1 I don't have an assassin so that's a no go for me, but I can supply plenty of other helpful additions to get the job done (Holy Wrath + Retribution maybe?)
Quote:Have to find the stuff for farming Jayne Forestlight. I know its W/Me with spirit shackles. But I never got around to trying it because I kept using all my skill pts for cap sigs and never got around to purchasing spirit shackles.
I found this in a search on Guru (I think I hate their search function): Quote:Spirit Shackles, Tiger Stance, Sever Artery, Quivering Blade {E}, Dolyak Signet, Heal Signet, Balanced Stance, Sprint.
I'm not entirely sure on the attributes, but I don't think it'd be too hard to guess.
I'm surprised how many people want a Vera. Yeah, it's a nice hammer, but the stats aren't anything spectacular and can be gotten elsewhere. Like I said before, I want it mostly for the Firefly connection, but hey, if other people want one too, I don't mind going after the boss all day.
edit: a whole topic about farming Jayne here.

Hmmm, my wish list:
W Axes: Wing's (yes, put my name on the long list!), Razorfin's - both of these would be great for PvP. If someone has an extra Kanaxai's, I wouldn't say no - just because it looks cool (yes, I know Wyrm said this item wouldn't be affected for this weekend)
W Hammers: Ugly Stick
W Shields: Reefclaw's, Tarnen's, Sunreach's
Monk: Rien's Sacrifice, Jayne's Staff
Mes: Wingstorm, Deeproot's Sorrow
Rt: Ritual Lord's Staff, Sseer's Wish
I will be around for the extravaganza either Friday or Saturday evening.

That's the Jayne forum I found before about 3 months ago when Xyn brought up farming for Vera. Thought it was in GWOnline.net's forum. No wonder I couldn't find it.
I'll be around pretty much all day tomorrow. A coworker took my shift. Lucky me.
I wouldn't mind trying the assassin farming using sliver armor + shadow form, but unfortunately, I'm not that deep into Kurzick territory to hit many of the bosses that we want.

If you don't then save up that 10k Kurz Faction (should be easy since all you need to do is collect a few quest rewards on each char).
I'm going to update the first post with a master list of what all the requests are so we know what we're going to be farming. After that we can divide it up and see what we'll be able to get through. The ones that are harder to farm we should try and do first since the easy ones can be run at any time (easy as in less than 5 min per run). Not sure exactly when the weekend starts (they usually start at midnight) so we can try a few (of the easy ones) then just to see if it's working right or not.

I finished all of Luxon stuff and then just recently switched over to Kurzick. Once I hit 10k Faction for one character, I brought them all in and got the Defenders of the Forest quest. I'll try to do as much as I can. I'll do some quests that are along the way or troublesome, but I won't try to hit them all like I normally do.
The little info box on the login screen says it the event starts at noon tomorrow. Funny enough, there is going to be some down time tomorrow morning it says as well for about an hour. So that may be why its starting at noon.
