Epic 21 is supposed to open today, but we're waiting on one more file from darrelljs and Ruff_Hi to get it working properly. For the moment, you can check out the temporary setup page here:

Poor guy. Make a lot of speaking gaffes and you are mocked mercilessly within Civ4, kill millions upon millions of your country's people and get to appear as a real leader in the game...

That aside, nice concept from Ruff and Darrell.

One small thing to note, when your public servant goes to build a shack, the hover will say "Build a Poor Cottage". This was the early name of the shack and we failed to update all of the text areas when we moved to 'shack -> shanty >- etc".

Changing it will mean breaking the save - so don't mess with it. nono
I have finally decided to put down some cash and register a website. It is www.ruffhi.com. Now I remain free to move the hosting options without having to change the name of the site.

got it - sylvan... asked if this game has been play tested. It has. Darryl played a shadow game - a complete shadow game as I understand it.

Ha, very nice variant. What would have made even better was to change the UU Navy Seal to a National Reserve Guard.
