Yeah, so in case anyone doesn't yet know, my computer is temporarily out of commission. On the plus side, I did check to see if this comp can run GW and, luckily, it can (integrated chipset - nvidia 8200), and it can even make it up to 30 fps if I disable AA (1440x900). So, imagine my surprise when I sign on to test it out and I see that the cape is still normal. Hawk, where are you when we need you?

Sorry guys - it's been really hectic around our house this week. I'll change the cape, a bit belatedly, when I sign on tonite. Just promise me that no one will ragequit the guild if you don't like my color selection, okay? I promise it's temporary!

Well, it's... different...

On a side note, does anyone know what happened with Sej? Did he get hacked or something? I tried to add some of his chars to my f-list when I saw he left the guild, but none of them exist anymore.

Muneyoshi Shinkage works for a f-list handle. He said he was tired of the inactivity in the guild, and of the game, so he left for a change. I hope he comes back some day.

No, I didn't get hacked. You could say mucco summed it up pretty well I guess.

None of the Seijin type names will work because those characters are all deleted as they were only created because KoP had suggested it so it sort of matched the forum name i have, but all the ones I normally play should work.

I don't know what I'm going to do, I'm just not into GW that much right now and not seeing people on wasn't really helping.

Ok, that makes sense. I'm pretty much in the same boat you are. To be honest, if I had something else to play I'd have moved on as well, but I don't so I haven't.

I'll still play. I want to max 30 titles with mune...need 4 more. I should probably farm the hell out of wintersday, but haven't been in the mood. I might farm the last few days of the event to try and get stuff. I did get the masks with all my accounts, even if they're fugly :thumbsdow .

For the time being I'm just going crazy playing xbox360 games. I zoomed through Fable II and Fallout 3. Those were pretty fun.

Now I'm just playing Gears of War 2, CoD:World at War, and a few others.

Once you get down to farming and not much else but farming, the game gets quite stale in short order. My advice: Forget the 30 titles. Grinding to that sort of number is just a game killer.

So this is what I got out of the advice given to me:

1) I've been wasting my time playing GW this past year because I primarily played because of the titles, not much else was going on to keep me playing. 2:
2) I should stop playing GW because in someone's opinion, title grinding is a game killer.
3) No advice was given to me as to how to make the game interesting again...

I thought I would hate grinding and farming. Who remembers when I stopped playing because I didn't want to grind or farm?!?!? I came back and started to do it anyways and I actually liked it. Its not the grind thats boring me, its the game. Defend it if you will like you always do, but I'm not attacking it. The game is just dull for me at this point in time.

The only things I really want to complete in GW:
Max out 4 more titles.
Kill Mallyx.
Complete Slavers in HM.

The 4 titles I need to do by myself, unless anyone wants to donate.
Killing Mallyx was put on hold for the time being.
Whenever I asked, no one wanted to do Slavers in HM (although i might still need to kill a few of the other bosses in NM first anyways).
