His map trouble in PBEM10 was that he didn't get to the iron fast enough, which was perfectly even, he just ran into Meatbalz who REXed very hard.
And it works, because you're giving him a PH start with a wet corn and a cow, which IMO is plenty of food to run an army, and solid production. And the fish will show up around T30 or so as another food boost...it actually works.
Krill tries to craft his maps so that moving isn't an option, but this is meant to be more "natural", so that's less obvious. Also, in-place is sufficiently amazing that moving more than one tile isn't likely to be an issue, if it's even better.
The mini-map looks like a very obese stegosaurus moving right.
Should be fun, hopefully the equatorial jungle will cause EW early wars and then NS later wars.

Thank you. I'm glad to have comments and you're asking the right questions, but I've actually thought these things out
Mostly_harmless has best map position in the game so fresh water handicap is not a big issue especially when he can move to claim 2 rices and riverside. Actually I would move in his shoes 1S of the rice, but we'll see what he does.
Dazed can't see cows and if he settles SE-SE it isn't that much stronger spot at least early game. He would lose Corn, plains hill and riverside. I wouldn't move even if knew about the cows.
Capitals are not presettled. Everyone can move and I've tried to make it so that everuone actually have this option to change the nature/power of their capital, if they want.
