Reversal of Fortune question

I've used this one a lot, but only on a boon monk, and in certain situations.

I swear it used to say it only applied to the FIRST attack, and now it says it applies for 8 seconds.

Did it ever only apply to the first attack? Or has my grasp on reality slipped even further?

Does it now REALLY apply for 8 seconds?

Your grasp on reality is just fine. RoF applies only to the next attack occuring on the enchanted character same as always. The 8 second bit is telling you that if RoF is cast, and no attack occurs on the enchanted character within 8 seconds, the RoF enchantment simply ends. The skill description isn't worded just the best I suppose.

A little testing seemed to confirm they changed the description of the skill but not the skill itself.

I ought to send them an email:
