Yeah, I logged in and saw that Nabaxo hadn't finished his turn and the timer was about to run out. I paused, posted, and sent him an email. I unpaused when he replied that he'd finished playing but forgotten to end turn.

The final vote on whether this was a banter/no diplo thread, or a banter/public diplo thread, was never clear to me. I have a diplo proposal in mind, but don't want to break any rules if this is supposed to be a diplo-free zone.
