Alright, you all did me in. I got an account at Lycos (a free host, but they had PHP which is what I wanted for WordPress (content management system, aka the I'm too lazy to write HTML system, yet it looks nice). Check it out here. Tomorrow I will add links to the other RBer's sites and here.

I still don't have a Civ4 page up. I figure I've got about two and a half weeks left to get my act together.
