I'm looking for a replacement for me in PBEM49. (Thread here) The turn pace is very relaxed.

- Novice, Boldly and Zak as opponents
- Around T110
- Last place currently

If there is no one else willing, I could do it. Thing is, I'm a bit spoiled. Recently I haven't lurked that much, but I did quite a bit at the early stages of the game.
That being said, I think I fit well in the turn order.

Ichabod, thanks for the offer! We'll wait a shortly and see if anyone else is available and let the rest of the players weigh in on if they are OK with the slightly spoiled replacement.

At what turn number approximately did you stop lurking?
I don't think I mind, but the others are more direct neighbours so their opinions should count more.

I don't know exactly. For the first 40 turns or so I was lurking a bit more (but, truthfully speaking, I really don't remember much more than general outlines of the map and players, which I think is no big deal by now). But after that, it was just the occasional "Oh, that thread was updated, let's take a look to see if there was any combat". For instance, I don't know what kind of army each player is fielding, I don't know the tech situation (like if Liberalism is already teched or not), I don't know about demographics. I probably don't know anything useful, though I know a bit about what happened before (like cities being captured/razed).

I don't mind if Ichabod is a little spoiled. Any knowledge of the map is a moot point as the map is ~99.9% mirrored. Ichabod has posted exactly once (March 9) in my thread, twice in Zak's thread, and twice in novice's thread, and nothing at all in over two months. I trust him to be as clueless as to specifics as he says.

I just added you to the tracker and sent the save to Boldly. You'll get the save from him. Boldly, just send the save to the tracker as normal.
Dazed, do you still want the saves as well?
