Efficiency above all. Death to excess utilisation of words. I hope to pick Spartan to honor the verbal austerity.
in reality usual style probably applies. However I've played and reported so many games that I'm not sure I can motivate myself for proper reporting. If it seems like I'm winning, I'll report more .

LEADER/CIV:
The process voted on to use for leader/civ generation is as follows:
Quote:Day 1 - generate 17 random pairings and post in team threads. Team responds yea or nay. Yea leaders/civs are removed.
Day 2 - repeat for all nay teams. Again, yeas are removed.
Day 3 - double nay teams are auto-assigned
Your first generated Leader/Civ combination is:
Ragnar of Maya
Please state in bold in your thread whether you want to keep or reroll this combination. If you do not keep it, you can have up to 2 more combinations generated for you.

ooh - Finally Financial leader, even if a bit nerfed. Maya's starting techs are bottom of the barrel (almost), but who cares. Holkans and Ball courts are both useful. New Agressive is definately worth a try. Easy KEEP

As always everything depends on geography so only thing that can be said is that food tech is needed 1st. Also hoping for not sea food start. Ragnar is slow enough even as is. No need to further slow him down with Fishing and WB builds.

I will keep an eye on your thread daily. I didn't do a good job of that last time.
I am a total RB mod noob, so please excuse any obvious noobitude on my part, if I am not aware of a mod change.
Ragnar of Maya sounds fairly strong. Ball Courts are awesome, and Holkans are decent, if needed. I wonder how many teams will Yea vs. Nea. Fairly interesting idea actually.
