With this game being a bit of a who's who of RB, plus all the noobs, is there anyone left to actually read this? We'll see.

I'm not afraid of starting sandwiched between Commodore and that seven shrimp team, nope. Serdoa? Hah. Plako? Schmlako. Scooter? I should be fine to run a farmer's gambit next to him as long as I'm on an island, right? But realistically, finishing in the top half of this game is probably already a pretty ambitious goal. I won't talk about PB11 at all but I feel like I've learned a lot there already, most of which could be completely irrelevant in RBMod.

I'm hoping for random Civs and leaders, because it means I won't make my first mistake until turn 0!

Lurkers are always welcome, of course. I'm going alone because my personality is to want to drive and make my own decisions, and learn by being wrong a lot. And to develop my own style, whereas consensus decisions sometimes end up leaning towards a more generic and conservative style of play.

Random thoughts:

1. I'm going to have to be careful not to click on a certain thread in this forum when I'm tired!

2. That thread is not "Sut Sut (in the Butt)". Nor do I want to see the video.

3. I hope the lurker thread takes bets on how long it is before Azza gets screwed in some way.

4. I'd prefer pure random or pure snake-pick over this LoL inspired mulligan system being proposed now. I'm happy to give it a try though.

I know, on the one hand it's the sincerest form of flattery, on the other hand they probably didn't think about how we might accidentally click on it without thinking. I'm going to go out on a limb and say there isn't much to be spoiled yet.

Ya, I seriously use that name in those other games. Especially on KGS the name is unfortunately too often too appropriate. I mean, I use the nickname Plunder already for ages. At least somewhere in those years I realized that Plunder sounds an awful lot like Blunder ;-)

I'm not sure if I should be flattered or offended, somehow we made an impression on them in PB11, and I'm not sure if it's a positive one. =(
