LEADER/CIV:

The process voted on to use for leader/civ generation is as follows:

Day 1 - generate 17 random pairings and post in team threads. Team responds yea or nay. Yea leaders/civs are removed.
Day 2 - repeat for all nay teams. Again, yeas are removed.
Day 3 - double nay teams are auto-assigned

Don't know how good the new Exp is.. but keen to try

Expansive: +2 health per city. +35% production of Worker, Work Boat. +100% production of Market, AqueductHammam, Grocer, Harbor.
Organised: Civic upkeep reduced 50 percent. +100% production speed of Lighthouse, Courthouse, Factory.

That's a lot of cheap things to build! and it does make nerfed Slavery better. Also Ottomans is a good civ, not spectacular, but solid

Why i like this combo? Its becasue the play its simple after basic techs we go mathemathics were our happy raise, after we go curency after curency Col were we can go caste and sove borders pop problems.I realy hope some els or beavers around.
