Nice cultural victory! The win date was pretty fast too, and very impressive after those Ancient Age setbacks. Excellent perseverance! The end-of-game cuture graph is just amazing. lol Congratulations on your game - and a very nice writeup too! nod

I absolutely love the culture graph at the end of a cultural victory. Can you say parabola.

Wish I had been able to finish this one. Nice game, Qwack.

Mysticism from a hut - nice! I lost out on Hinduism in 3200 in my game, which is the earliest I've seen it built by an AI - you had it in 3240.

Also, from what I've seen, 1715 is much too late to do a super specialist as opposed to a culture bomb. The cutoff is dependend on map size / speed, but it's usually closer to 1200-1300.

Also, to answer your question in the conclusion, I have found it best (for a faster win) to turn off science and go 100% culture at about Democracy, and forego those late wonders. Cathedrals are the keys to a good culture win
