I had this specialized strategy that I wanted to try out on a suitably adverse start.

I decided to play as China.

Juuuust kidding.

I actually decided to boldly Eviscerate China, sacrifice her people and move the Altar of Sacrifice to Beijing (then kill a passing settler). Here they can be seen surgically removing China's heart.

Then it was a simple matter of sacrificing thousands of slaves to prepare the army.

Going for Domination on a large Highlands is almighty tedious , I've played up to the Industrial age and am firmly in first place, but it's pretty boring so I don't think I'll bother continuing or reporting it. I just thought it was pretty cool attacking China right away and actually succeeding with a military coup.
