I found something fishy in Civ4 regarding spying out foreign submarines. I want to report this somewhere and guess RB is probably not the right place. However, I searched the CivFanatics forums and it turns out there was already some sort of submarine bug in Civ3 (raising a lot of comments), which makes it very hard to see whether the Civ4 submarine bug was already reported or not.
So if anyone knows a good place to report that, please tell me.
Just so that you know the bug / feature I am talking about:
The military advisor screen reveals foreign submarines even if there is no human owned destroyer around or a spy in a city.
I have taken screenshots to illustrate that.
If you cannot restrain yourself from cheking the screen regularily, it helps quite a bit protecting your sea food and off shore assets.
So if anyone knows a good place to report that, please tell me.
