It's hard to tell from the picture, but does everyone have access to the island? Shouldn't be terrible if they don't since they should have open borders for trade routes (Base BTS, right?) by the time they start settling the island.
Lots of LH lakes. I always like those. Several choke points. Try to make sure there is sufficient ability to canal through so offensive warfare isn't completely bottlenecked.
I think you said this is toroidal - comments based on that.
Generally like the landform, lots of interesting tactical choices, plus strategic choices. Right now it looks like rushing for the equator is the one right choice because it is both most lush and where a lot of the chokes lie - maybe add more jungle or desert to make most land vs. early snowball more of a dilemma? Or else you could also address that with resources. I assume the start locations will move. Otherwise NW/SE are too close and general quality/quantity of land is unbalanced. The southeast is generally less passable than the rest of the map. I would either add a couple bridges here, or else put the starts in a pentagon around it so everyone has it as a barrier. May require major surgery to balance terrain if you go with the pentagon approach, tundra v temperate isn't very fair. Will try to comment again when you're on your next draft.

Added MUCH more food to the tundra, etc. Just need a bit more Otto-land (lower right):

So...I'm not able to start a new scenario; Civ4 crashes whenever I try to generate a save for these guys. Would someone else mind starting this sucker? Monarch/Quick, normal barbs.

Do I need to set the difficulty to Monarch for all players, or does it only check player 1?
EDIT: Never mind, I was confusing this with setting AI difficulty in MP games. Set to Monarch for everyone. You should probably check it before sending it out, just to be safe. Admin password is warmwishes.
You were good, but I screwed up a thing with the map.

So we have not one, but *two* players aiming for Stonehenge-first?
