PBEM 6 organization thread

PBEM 5 filled up in about 12 hours, and i was unable to join up before the start.

I am seeing if there is any interest in starting another game, maybe with DLC enabled to change it up a bit, or try the inland sea map or even just a standard pangaea.

I have enjoyed reading the reports from the previous PBEM's and think i am able to commit the time to actually playing one.

I'll volunteer to make the map. Same procedure as previous maps, roll a set of maps and pick the most balanced of the set, plus minor edits. I have the Digital Deluxe version with all the DLC so that won't be an issue.

I'm game for that...I could start any time after Nov 1st bit am only able to do one turn per day due to my schedule. No opinions on settings and parameters other than only using AI only diplo.

Can you only do one turn per day in Nov, or is that the most you can do for the entire game? Are you able to do a couple turns on weekends?
I don't have an issue with that, would be nice if the first 30 or so turns could be done a little faster just to get the game rollin.

I could participate to fill out numbers, but I make no pretensions as to ability - I will be little more than cannon fodder. Could maybe do two turns a day, more on weekends.

I am no pro either. Reading the moves of the previous PBEM is my only experience in this type of game. I have played several games with some of my friends, however none of us are on par with the experts.

I work from 10:00 am EST to 6:00 EST mon - friday, i would be able to get a turn in the morning and one at night more on weekends since from what i can tell ill get a notification when it is my turn.

I just posted this yesterday and i am in no big hurry to start so i would say 4 or 5 people would be ideal with 6 being max if many want to play?

Any thoughts on map / dlc civs?

I have a full time day job so my realistic window is in the evening. I could try to get turns in the early game completed before I leave for work (715am).  Weekends might be possible to get two turns in, but generally speaking I'm at one turn a day.  I joineed PBEM specifically because it was lackadaisically paced.  If you want to get in two turns a day consistently I can sit this one out.
