Warlord and Tactician

How often do you pick Tactician if you have already picked warlord?

Rarely. I need some economy retort or hybrid retort (alchemist) to balance it out. Otherwise, my super-buff 6 cavalry with poor economy would lose against 6 inexperienced elven lords (with good economy)

I want to vote for both:
Rarely or never - 0-40% of the time.
I might play Warlord without Tactician, but I never play Tactician without Warlord.

They don't seem mutually exclusive, so I just voted for one randomly then wrote this.

I posted this under Guardian, but right now I would only use Tactician for heroes, and Warlord wouldn't be my second pick for that strategy. Possibly a Fantastic unit strategy with Tactician could be strong, but also - no Warlord necessary. Early days for me though.
