Permanent sub needed for Civ VI PBEM13

One of our turn players has vanished without a trace and we need a sub to keep the game rolling.

The game has lasted about 60 turns so far. You'll be taking over Arabia, in something of a difficult spot - as best I can tell from demographics. 

We don't mind much about spoilers - a spoiled player is better than no player at all, or an AI. Anyone interested is welcome.

Hi If you tell me how I can take over a Civ (with PYDT) I'll help you out.
I'm  AFAIK completely unspoiled.
My play-time is around 6 AM GMT (Monday-Thursday) later on Fri-Sun. I might have time for a turn in the evening but that is not guarantied.

I think that we can send request to PYDT to swap Rowain with marcopolothefraud. (likely need to put Rowain's PYDT account along in request)
And seeking through PYDT forum for similiar cases in past for reference, reveals that this PBEM isn't first time that marcopolothefraud stayed away for weeks from playing.
