I'm gradually gaining time to engage more here on Realms Beyond. So I wanna resurface the question of what could I be doing to help support you the community more, whether that looks like upgrades/changes to the forum software, support for trying to get any specific game events/communities jumpstarted, or anything else really. What's on your mind?
**Also, if you have any big pictures desires or ideas for what RB could be, this is a good spot for those as well. I am certainly in no mood to try and grow the RB userbase just for the sake of growth, but anything that would help focus and reach out to the types of people who might want to come here anyway, sounds like an idea worth entertaining to me.

Apparently Google has disabled user scripts in Chrome, so I lost my spoiler thread lockout ability. I miss it.
Request: add the ability to mark a thread as unreadable (and then later remove this designation).
Please and thank you.

As I understand it, there's a limit on number of attachments to a post - which matters for those people who don't set up a Dropbox or Imgur or etc account to host pictures for reporting.
I don't know if this is a limitation of the forum software or a limitation of the storage available on the hosting provider - if it's the former it might be fixable, if the latter then I guess we just live with TANSTAAFL.
Somewhat related - can you add some additional formats to the types of allowable attachments? I'm particularly interested in Civ saves and Worldbuilder files, instead of having to zip them to attach them.

I can look into the attachment limit, I know it is not a limitation of storage on the hosting provider.
Attachment type is hard blocked by the forum software; Civ file types have too many characters and there’s no workaround to allow myBB to support them.

I doubled attachments up to 10, as long as people don't go crazy overboard it should be fine.

I was able to install it on Chrome after turning on development mode, but it doesn't appear to do anything for me either. I don't know JavaScript very well but I could try and tinker with it.
If only I could use Ruby to do the same thing, since I've been learning that through work.

Maybe the fact that RB tries to force HTTPS now, and the extension only "include"-ed the site from the HTTP approach, could have something to do with it.
It works for me now. At least, it works on unread threads only. Didn't it used to work on read threads as well? Not that it matters, because you would never have already looked at a thread you are wanting to block, or else you'd be a dirty cheater.

Thanks, Brick, looks like it's working for me, too, after I fixed a few syntax errors.

Way back before the update to 1.8 or whatever it was.

Or maybe you're using the "mark forum as read" feature.

Id love for civ 4 epics/challenge kind of games to be a thing again. ( i only read about them on Sullla's website ) Also, id love if we could get diablo 2 team varients going as well.

In this game that's going to help us because he's going to go to the negotiating table with twitchy eyes and slightly too wide a grin and terrify the neighbors into favorable border agreements, one-sided tech deals and staggered NAPs."
