[No Players] Lurking in the Time of Covid-19

This should be a refreshing change from the micro-heavy city management of PB46.

Isn't this game going to be super micro heavy? Since you're essentially controlling only 1 city it's going to be very important to get out as much possible value of the one city as possible.

In terms of overall work it is definitely a lot less but there is much more of a necessity to heavily micromanage since the larger the empire there is a much larger diminishing return on having to micro your cities. If anything players who are very good at sandboxing will probably be able to continue doing sandboxing for the entire game.

Has scout-camping resources while people are going worker-first been patched by allowing tiles with scouts on them to be worked?

Because if I were superdeath, I would've plopped a scout down on one of their foods.

I think Scooter might have overvalued CRE a bit but he has such good safety net with CRE right? Since his borders will pop really soon for a lot of vision.

So my possible thoughts of killing Yuri early ( 4 woody 2 axes could probably get the job done other than my insanely bad luck )

Conquering a neighbor does give a distinct advantage early on because of the different happy resources available to each civ. Even if teamed up against, the whip capacity increases enough to compensate.
