Civ IV different "ini" files for launch

I have Window 7 and I'm trying to use different launchers for different MP games, in order to avoid typing the IP address each time.
I tried to add the "ini=myinifile" in the destiny of the Desktop Icon for starting the game, and create one ini file for every game.  The command for launch looks something like:  "c:\intallation path....\Civ4BeyondSword.exe" mod=mymod ini=myinifile
But it doesn't work. It does not recognize myinifile

Should I made a bat file for launching instead of using the Desktop Icon? Or are there any other option than creating different ini files?
Any hints?

Hello,

my suggestions were to try out the following changes.
1. Remove mod-Argument and add Name of mod into the Ini, e.g.:
Mod = Mods\PB Mod_v9
2. Also add an unique name in the 'UserProfile' field in each ini file.
3. Place the INI-file directly into the folder where the executable is located but not in "My Games\Beyond the Sword".
