The change log is relative to 2.0.7.6, and I'm going to be integrating the change logs this evening. So barracks still have culture, PRO still has cheap granaries etc.

To the +2 commerce on water tiles just in that city? I'm when in released .a I believe. Its necessary so. Colossus plus quay plus Fin isn't stupid.
