Hmm. There's a new guy in charge over there, username (and presumably real name) Robert Plomp. I suggest pm-ing him since he is quite active.
Is it time to end the Epics/Adventures?

OK, a direct link to apply to join is:
http://apolyton.net//civgroups/?s=&actio...p&cgid=106 Does that work? EDIT: Oh, when I click on the above link in Firefox it just says Error. But it works if I use Safari. Try a different browser. EDIT2: OK, it works in firefox if you get rid of one of the two slashes between net and civgroups.
Whats the RB's view of mods? Specifically thinking of fall from heaven II for an adventure. I'm not sure exactly what would make a good adventure, but would be willing to work/with someone on something if there's interest. Might rekindle some interest in some people willing to try a new mod?
It's a good idea, but in general we have seen less participation for modded games. Usually that's because those who are still playing tend to have several "projects", and trying to keep the mod separate from the vanilla version tends to complicate matters.
I realize that I've stayed out of this up to this point, just because I don't have much of an opinion about the issue. I'm happy to keep putting saves up as long as people are willing to play them, though with the decrease in traffic apparently I increase a bit in flakiness from time to time as far as updates. ![]() |
