  Nicely planned raid to end the game. In the tech thread I think you're either being modest or underestimating just how much burning Novogord swings the game in your favour... So how many hours did you spend on this game?

Well, whatever people think, congrats on playing well, especially the first 50 turns, I checked your micro and you played an incredibly strong early game.

As the game now is over I'll probably post a summarising post at a later stage, but right now I'm itching to start reading spoiler threads and see how much  people think I've been doing and how much any success was attributed to mackoti... I was ahead in production and current soldiers, but I also had a beaker deficit to climb out of and a clearly weaker economy than a mere 10t ago... I can say though that not having a partner actually reduced my time spent on the game by quite a lot. It also helped when I stopped simming battles before engaging. Still, I'm naturally a very slow civ player and these last turns would probably take 4-5 hours each without much in terms of future planning...
