Did you discuss whether you see your start before picking? That's commonly done, so you can match your starting techs to your early resources. Not necessary, of course. May be a good idea to wait with further picks until you're sure (unless I missed that entirely).

Do we have an order to pick in? generally, we ask someone in the game to generate an order for us, I think.
I'm fine with seeing the start or not.

I don't care about seeing the start--I assumed we wouldn't since SevenSpirits told us about the quality of Fishing (the main reason why we would need to see the starts).
