I really should take some, shouldn't I?
No, not as yet, I'll take a few of the results and all next time I login.

Edit:the hover is over the stack outside Psycho.
Tell me if you want anything else. I don't think the power graph is registering last turn yet.
Thinking about it, my loss in the first war was actually considerably more then it needed to be, and arose from an overly duell-y mindset - I was expecting a war to the death, and thus gave ground perhaps more then I ought, expecting it all to end. This hurt me much more long-term.
/self-analysis.
Anyway, basically Ruff has two stacks outside two cities - the one outside Psycho Pass is relatively pathetic, as evidenced by me not even moving healing troops into the city, with just three cats and a massive garrison left over from last times buttwhooping. The one outside Nicomedia, OTOH, is much more impressive, and could well take the city. I don't think they can though, as there are 6 defenders and 7 attackers, with some of those attackers being axemen who shouldn't be able to beat the cats, and he basically has to take it with no losses. I consider it much more likely that he bombards for a turn and moves up some two movers, but if he goes for the attack, then
I STING YOUR FACE!
If not...I still probably have enough units to murder his stack. But it'll be closish, and I may not risk it. Instead, I'll garrison them, and hope he conveniently forgets that units from Nicomedia can 1-turn the city below (man, I need to learn the names of these places...). He likely won't, given he's kept a good garrison throughout, but one can but dream?
Regardless, delay is good for me, as it gives me a chance to build up my cat-stack/tech up to guilds. I mean, long-term obviously I lose, with just a half-dozen stubby cities standing before the BGN behemoth, but I think I can royally screw over Ruff in the meantime, at least enough that he gets eaten by BGN/Krill.
Edit: damn, you wanted unit numbers/combat logs. Fuck, I'll get those next time I parse through, sorry!

BGN invades with a massive stack of coassacks. I threw my cats at it (no other option - my entire army is in that city) but didn't get good enough odds to attack out.
Ah well, that's game. Twas...fun, I suppose.

Congrats Q, you played a tenacious game. A whole lot of other civs collapsed long before this. And pretty much everyone apart from Krill, PLako and those guys knew going in that they were unlikely to win in a game this big, so props to you all.
Is it literally game over in a turn or two, or will it grind out a little longer?

I'll post some pics this turn perhaps, but yeah, it's game over. When I say everything is on the BGN border, I mean everything - every other city has naught but a single unit garrison. So it'll last a few more turns, but only to give him time to move troops.
Thanks Gaz it's been a wild ride, truth be told, if only I'd reported a spot more. My favorite legacy of this game is actually the title, which I am inordinately proud of.

And something I probably wouldn't have noticed without taking pics:
I'd just built my first Cataphract, too :'(

I know, I know...I really shouldn't...
...but how could I resist?
Ya wanna take my cities? You gotta pay the tax, man.
Twice now, people, after a succesful first invasion, the recapture of this city spells the death knell of their second. It's fate, y'all! He's about to withdraw all his troops and rest on his laurels, I just know it!
...okay, history doesn't repeat itself that much. I'm officially tipping my hat to BGN, btw, if that was intentional bait - my pike certainly has better odds on defense than on attack, and now Nicomedia is officially screwed, rather than just probably.
Also, derp on me whipping that pike before checking why I couldn't build them in other cities...iron is dead and gone, so he'll evaporate in the wind.

Nice image.
Could you beg iron from someone else? Surely they wouldn't turn down a few crumbs for a dying man.

Probably, actually.
The real question is, however, can I be bothered taking the time to work that out?
