OK, will put up a report when I get home and a chance to play.

Settled the city, presumptuous name of "Boom" set.
Turn split observed.
Not quite sure what to do with tech either. Military seems light on the Gaspar/Commodore edge. Not sure if that's a tech priority, since xbows are an option, but perhaps military builds on that side. Will set tech on EDU. Thoth seems to be running over dtay, tech advantage to deal with anyone would be good.
Unfortunately, this is my "report," will have something better up later this week.

Quick input if you have a second:

Commodore actually hasn't declared, but is shifting troops around to hit the new city and Gaston by boat. Gaston is at risk. We are 6th in power by a huge margin. We are 258,000 soldiers, rival worst is 338k, tops is 524k.

Doesn't look like city gifting is banned. Somewhat inclined to take the 100gold.

Oxy, I'm not sure if you'll be back for the next turn or not, but in case you are (ninja edit: but probably not since the turn just rolled as I write this), please pay attention to the following:

1. Commodore is up to something. He has 5 Knights and 2 galleys south of the traded city. Please see the signs for their position as of T132. They may very well be moving to harass Gaspar or Thoth, but it is not certain. Please note that there is a canal present which allows him to move either towards Gurton Buster or to Thoth/Gaspar.
2. There is at least one Commodorean galley on the west coast by Gurton Buster. It may have crossed the canal, but this is also uncertain. I believe that Commodore was prepared to boat Gurton before the city was traded. There is an Axe and Chariot in Burton and plenty of gold to upgrade the axe to a mace.
3. I have saved gold for upgrade purposes and a detour to military techs. Paper is available in 1 turn in case you want to continue down that path. I don't think that the few maces that can be whipped down there will hold much and a detour to Engineering for pikes and the extra road movement may be necessary. Engineering is a 3 turn tech.
4. Gaspar front seems very quiet. There are some catapults moving south along that border to the Commodore border.
5. Thoth has a galley guarding his seafood on that shared coastline. Most cities are garrisoned by a lone chariot or warrior in that area. I've started some military builds there as a shuffling of his garrison troops to our shores would be a problem.

Commodore microed EP for us to lose graphs. He also ran the EP slider for a turn. I'm sure it was to mask this:

Also alarming is TBS' sharp rise in power.

Gaspar doesn't have much in the way of war techs and I see no massing of troops over there.

In light of the power jumps and spotting Commodore's Knights, I started 1t of Macemen everywhere for emergency whipping. Also set tech on Engineering which is a 2t tech.

Can take over now, thanks
