I prefer my name to be shortened rather than lengthened. I think Sanitation is mostly for farm food by the way, not the public baths.
And there are other isotopes of Helium you know.

Yeah, but do they really count as Noble? They don't stick around like good old four.

This may be the only place I could hang out where I can spend a third of the time talking pro wrestling with MBTM and feel less nerdy than the rest of the team.
I've got some dirt on my shoulder, can you brush it off for me?

Do we not all have dedlurkers in this game? And, erm... did you schedule the cruise yesterday?

I'll..I'll find something else to amuse myself.
Um.
Go do something funny!
Maybe this is an appropriate place to discuss FFH PBEM14?

Gaspar Wrote:Do we not all have dedlurkers in this game? And, erm... did you schedule the cruise yesterday? Itâs a pretty tough point in the game to jump in, especially with a lack of updates to follow. That doesnât make it any less disappointing that weâre going to be hanging around.
Anyway, the game canât grind to a halt now, since Iâve finally discovered a cache of songs with appropriate references: âthe dew is wet but the grass is sweet, my dearâ; âboys getting high, and the girls even more soâ; âdonât worry baby if you get a little high, itâs just a phase to get you through getting byâ. We need more cities!
And while Iâm blathering about unrelated information, I have to say that Iâll be very disappointed if you donât send/post THIS
for your enemy if/when we finally go to war. Seems to sum up your rep quite well.

Gaspar is probably busy playing beachcomber for the next little while, anyway, with his BTS friends.

Oh, I also looked at the actual game quickly last night. Weâre now at the point where City States would save us money compared to God King. Iâm tempted to say we hang on to the hammer bonus on the possibility we want to go for the Great Library, but itâs nearly time to switch.
Disappointingly, it seems like the Clown military pump is in the core of their territory in the small area weâve not defogged. I presume theyâve got a city with Heroic Epic, Command Post and Shrine of the Champion turning out instant mages at a very rapid rate. Only one mana node that we can see looks improved, though (Death). It will be interesting to observe what they switch up when they go to do the promotions, once they have Sorcery.

Apparently Brian will be invading Acalostas very shortly, with Kyan. With an army of Horsemen. He posted his latest update in the tech thread
Brian's summary Wrote:Turn 120 saw me beat up a goblin, start a market in Killaboy, build more horses and warrior, and tell a barefaced lie to Acalostas.
I don't see how we can pretend we didn't see it. Although really it's not new info for us, the only news is the army composition. And the complete trust in Kyan.

Square Leg and I were ded-lurking him. SL spoiled himself early on. I spoiled myself after the updates went from every few days to every few weeks. I'm not sure if anyone else was dedlurking him.

I was but I yielded to the temptation after a month of no update.
At least I got to see what it's like to be my ded-lurker
