I took a bunch of screenshots and just put them together in a gif animation (using Photoscape).
I hadn't planned it out in advance or I would have taken screenshots showing all odds, and aligned the screenshots perfectly.

I didn't make it bigger because that would also make the gif file bigger - it's already 1.7MB.

I do like the gif showing battle results. Maybe if you slowed down the frame transition a little bit next time you do one, and it would be perfect.

Zak's horses are in his culture, and he has a lot of roads. Looks like he skimped a bit on worker techs...

I played this turn so fast I'll even report it before I get the save. (EDIT: Damn, I didn't, the forum clock was fixed just in time.)



Boldly decided to move his sentry warrior into my territory and onto my corn. This happened:



On the Zak front he sacrificed his copper to save his city of Estonia. He'll probably punch through my Phalanx NW of the city and bring in the second spear, at which point the city is probably safe. I pillaged his copper at least, so I'm assuming he'll tech Archery now if he hasn't already.



After ending turn Byte's borders expanded, and Pita came out of revolt.

novice is actually running a pillage economy. He forgot to pillage his sheep, though.

I'm trying to invent whole new economies here.

Ideas so far:
- Build Moai everywhere.
- Bulb Alphabet and build research.
- Run scientists and slowtech Maths and Currency, settle the great scientist.
- Slowtech Alphabet and build research.

I think I'll do the third option, at least.

Zak killed my blocking phalanx losing his axeman, and finishing it off with the spear that then moved through to the city. He also attacked out with his axemen (he actually did that before moving the spear). I was hoping he'd attack out since that could go very badly for him if he had below average luck. It seems he got away with it though.
