I would like something like a snake pick with restricted civs and leaders. The problem is if we get some truly "green" players then the might make some smoke picks

EDIT: I meant banning certain civs and leaders

Can't snake pick with with restricted for obvious reasons.

Having some banned is something I agree with, as leader/civ choices with some of the more powerful ones seems like maybe they could unbalance a Greens game like ours?

Next 16 months? I don't really have too much planned: I'm in a contest or two that takes some time, I RP some...the only thing that is an issue is that being below poverty level means I run the risk of some RL stuff coming up like, say, scrambling to pay bills, but there is a reason I both said that my track record meant I should have a dedlurker/teammate and that I asked for one. I believe that, with me not joining any other Civ IV games, I should be fine to do a 24 hour timer Pitboss as was suggested.

Is it possible that I join as a teammate rather than a player? I will be busy over the summer, and there will be several periods of time where I am not likely to get internet access.
