Updated first post with full settings, re-phrased a few things in it, and added a definition/explanation of honor rules on double moves.
Added a definition of AI-diplo too, just in case.

Commodore, the screenshots have the names of whom they should be given to in the image URL. The only thing I haven't done is set up a pick order, but anyone can do that.
