Oh... i totally missed the mod discussion before my pick. Um, let's make that a "pending" pick. I'd want to rethink what I pick if we do something crazy.
As to my actual opinion on national wonders, I have no strong preference. I can see fun elements both ways.
Making it 4CC wouldn't crush things, it's up to you guys.
If only you and me and dead people know hex, then only deaf people know hex.

National Wonders issue: my vote is for leaving 3CC as is (eg. if some wonder needs 4 buildings, it's out) or mod. I think allowing 4 cities on cramped conditions would be not much of a limitation.
As for availability: I'm available 0630 to 0800 GMT. I expect to usually ba able to play if I get save a bit later, but not earlier.

Hmm, I don't mind much either way, so I say go with the mod if others like that idea. I shall stick with Gandhi as my pick then.
