I've also posted both the 2.0.3.1 changelog (lists changes since RB Mod 2.0.2) and the 2.0.2 changelog (changes from base BTS) on the forst post of this thread for reference.

This is the main thing we really needs votes on still before we can start up the first batch of combos to accept/reject. The other votes all have a pretty clear consensus unless something drastic changes.
And I went ahead and rolled the first combos so in case people do decide to pick before starts I have those ready today.
EDIT: I would also need a thread for each team up to post the entire first set of combos, and Krill/Seven, Jowy, and Yuris still don't have a thread.

EXP is going to be changed, as will espionage, but Espionage I have to hunt around for those changes.
EXP: +2 Health/City. +35% production of worker, workboat. +100% production of Market, Grocer, Harbour, Aqueduct.

Ok, to get a few things out of the way:
Barbs: On
Huts: On
(Should get us to 9 respectively 10 votes in favor of these settings and therefore be decided as we had some players abstain as well so Off can't get a majority certainly now).
As for seeing starts, I'll also vote no, taking us to 6 no, 2 yes to hopefully also move that along.

I prefer not to see the starts, by the way. So vote "no" for me on that specific setting.

That puts us at 8 for no BFC. Azza said "don't care, pick whatever you all want" so we're basically at 8/17 for that. 1 more and that one is decided. Huts and barbs are confirmed on. So we're 1 vote away from being set I believe.
