Eventually, and the fourth as well. But those two are foodless, so I'm not in a hurry while we have foreign routes and no Currency.

Nasty as a war chariot is, a spear hurts it badly and the axe cleans up. The archer+spear in HoT there might be able to recapture the worker, but that's it's own opportunity. Loading up the spear next turn? Perhaps. Or maybe there's another war chariot in the fog.
